Guaranteed accommodation
Accepting an offer on or before 5 June 2025
We know that finding somewhere to live is an important part of your university journey, and you’ll want to choose somewhere that is safe, close to campus and has all the amenities to feel like home. That’s why if you choose to study at 91影视, we will guarantee to secure your room either in 91影视-owned halls or through one of our approved private accommodation partners, all within walking distance of our campus and Leicester city centre.
To be eligible, you must make 91影视 your firm choice i.e have a conditional firm offer or unconditional firm offer on or before Thursday 5 June 2025 to start in the 2025/26 academic year. Once you have made 91影视 your firm choice, we will email you details on how to book your room when our accommodation booking system opens. Accommodation bookings need to be made by Thursday 12 June 2025, after which the guarantee offer will expire if a booking hasn’t been made by you. If you miss the accommodation booking deadline, don’t worry - there may still be accommodation available to book later on, but it will not form part of our ‘guarantee’ and will be subject to availability.

halls page. If you decide to book a room directly through 91影视, you can select your specific room as part of our personalised booking system. If there are no rooms on the 91影视 booking system which meet your requirements, the Accommodation Team will refer you to one of our private accommodation partners.

Terms and conditions for UK students
- Guaranteed accommodation is available to all UK first year undergraduate students who make 91影视 their first/firm choice AND have become Conditional Firm/or Unconditional Firm on or before Thursday 5 June 2025 and intend to start in the 2025/26 academic year (September intake only).
- Accommodation must be booked by Thursday 12 June 2025, after which the guaranteed accommodation offer will lapse.
- Eligible students booking a room directly through 91影视 need to have made the booking payment when reserving the room, and confirm the room within 30 days thereafter.
- For a room with an approved private provider, you may need to book directly with that provider under the guidance and support of our Accommodation Team. Bookings with a private provider are subject to that providers terms and conditions.
- Where possible, rooms will be recommended on the basis of the preferences that you make on our booking system. Recommended rooms could be from both 91影视-owned accommodation, or through approved private providers sourced by 91影视, therefore we are unable to guarantee room types, price points, locations or specific halls.
- 91影视 reserves the right to withdraw the offer of guaranteed accommodation at any time.
