Winners will be contacted by Instagram in the first instance and the details collected upon winning (first and last name, Instagram name and email address) will be used for the purpose of sending the tickets/prize and announcing the winner on the Healthy 91影视 social media accounts. By entering the prize draw you give consent for your Instagram name to be shared publicly on social media if you are a winner.
Winners will receive their tickets/prize to their email inbox through the email address provided.
There are 10 match tickets available and five winners will be selected to receive two tickets each.

Data protection information
All Instagram direct messages containing personal details (first/last name and email address), alongside the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet which will be used for the purpose of collating prize draw entries, will be deleted by 31 March 2025 at the latest. The Healthy 91影视 social media accounts and the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet created, will be accessed only by the 91影视 staff members who are assigned to manage the Healthy 91影视 social media accounts. The Microsoft Excel spreadsheet will be held on 91影视’s secure OneDrive, and managed according to 91影视’s wider Data Protection and Information Security policies.
Terms and conditions
1. This prize draw is open to the public, including De 91影视 University staff and students. Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions will disqualify the respective entry from the prize draw.
2. All entries must be received by 1.30pm on 30 January 2025, and only participants who have…
- Shared (between 12am on 16 January and 1:30pm on 30 January 2025) a Healthy 91影视 social media post promoting the 91影视 Pride Launch Event
- Tagged @Healthy91影视 in their shared post
… will be entered into the prize draw. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
3. Five winners will be selected at random to receive two tickets. 91影视 is unable to notify all unsuccessful entrants about the outcome of their entry due to the high volume of entries received for such prize draws. If unsuccessful, entrants are encouraged to try again for future prize draws.
4. 91影视/the promoter reserves the right to reject any entries for any reason at its sole discretion.
5. The promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.
6. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the promoter’s liability under or in connection with the prize draw and these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the prize in question.
7. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 91影视 shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the prize draw or any prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant. This is applicable even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
In particular, the promoter does not accept any liability or responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, 91影视 reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.
The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
9. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the promoter’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the prize draw or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.
10. The promoter's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
11. Any uncollected tickets will be reallocated at the discretion of the promoter. It is proposed that these will be offered to the 91影视 LGBTQ+ and Allies Network, if tickets are uncollected by 23:59 on Tuesday 25 March 2025.
12. Copyright in all entries shall be owned by the promoter.
13. These terms and conditions and the prize draw are governed by and subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
14. By entering this prize draw, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (First and Last Name, Instagram Name, and Email Address) by 91影视 for the purpose of administering the prize draw, including contacting winners, sending tickets, and announcing the winner on social media. 91影视 will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- 91影视 will retain your personal information until 31 March 2025
- 91影视 will take appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, or destruction.
15. 91影视 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure is caused by any event beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, fire, flood, epidemics, pandemics, or any other event that is unforeseeable or beyond 91影视’s reasonable control.
